A 27-year-old man described as one of the world’s most prolific spammers was arrested Wednesday, and federal authorities said computer users across the Web could notice a decrease in the amount of junk e-mail.

  1. So what your saying is that there is a job opening in the spamming community. I read a similar article on google last week, apparently this guy has like 3 cars and a huge house. A couple years ago he had to pay Microsoft like 6 million in a spamming settlement.
